Banbury Ball is an independently owned company that was established in 1994 by Trevor Banbury and Russell Ball. They remain the only directors of the company and are very much involved in the day to day running of the business.

Mr Banbury began working in Bloomsbury and the West End in 1989 with the then, "Ideal Homes" estate agents located on Southampton Row, giving him virtually unparalleled experience of valuing and selling property within the area. Joining forces with Mr Ball in 1994, whose background was Insurance at Lloyds of London, Banbury Ball was formed with the opening of the Bloomsbury office in Coram Street, just North of Russell Square.

Following the overwhelming success of this venture, the West End office was opened on Museum Street, just North of Covent Garden in 2002 giving Banbury Ball two offices within the West End district. We now handle more sales in the West End than any other agent and posses an extremely efficient and professional lettings department.

Mr Banbury and Mr Ball have always been very focused on providing the very highest level of personal service that only a truly independent agent can provide. Repeat business has been a key feature of our success and an indicator of the level of service our clients feel they have received when dealing with us.

In an industry where little to no regulation exists, it has been our voluntary decision the become members of the "National Association of Estate Agents" and the Government’s "Ombudsman scheme". You can be assured that you will always receive the very highest standard of care at Banbury Ball.

As a company we constantly look to ‘innovate’ rather than ‘imitate’. To create a truly bespoke service, clients are offered a video tour of their property which is produced professionally and available on DVD, online or downloadable to your video ipod. These images are also broadcast from our shop front office windows on 21" high bright LCD screens.

If you are selling or renting through us, you are given a unique online login code to check on the progress of your sale or rental. This data is supplied by our web based software system that allows our offices seamless access to client’s records and property details. Your property will be advertised in both our West End and Bloomsbury offices giving you the maximum exposure.

All properties that Banbury Ball are instructed on are professionally photographed and a floor plan provided to give a potential client the very best idea of the property prior to viewing.

The advent of the internet has completely changed the way properties are sold and Let.
